Today

  • Got the sequences back that Jason did yesterday. They look good (aligned to the reference sequences, and they matched). The sequences have been added to a sequencing page for future reference (and incase we lose the chromatograms or sequence files).

Jason

  • Sent off all of his sponsor letters... and now we wait
  • started overnights of the TetR biobrick
