    • Eco R1 is digested as per Tom's request
    • run a gel: plasmid is ~2000bp so colonies 1-4, w/c are 21-25 are way undersized, that is we expect 5.5kb+2kb=approximally 7.5kb in size
    • ETFA/B is matchs with expected size of 4300bp
