Inoculation of OmpA_variant from previous day to LB + 0.25 mM IPTG, kanamycin and 50 μl/ml ampicylin with minimum concentration of prey (yesterday results).

  1. We follow the protocol.
    • Inoculation of E. coli TOP10 carrying OmpA variants into liquid LB with kanamycin and IPTG.
