Mutagenesis of protein A

  1. Results of mutageneses:
    • ADelL+KpnI and ADelP primers mutagenesis:
      • pACYClac+ompA-A-omega: 5 colonies
      • pACYClac+ompa-A-alpha: 10 colonies
      • pACYClac+ ompa-alpha-A: 3 colonies
    • AMutL+KpnI and AMutP mutagenesis:
      • pACYClac+ompA-A-omega: 20 colonies
      • pACYClac+ompa-A-alpha: 12 colonies
      • pACYClac+ ompa-alpha-A: 17 colonies
  2. Each colony cultured overnight in LB + kanamycin for further analyses.
