I am focused on making the world a better place for people. I am idealist and perfectionist, so I drive myself hard in my quest for achieving the goals I have identified for myself. I am a good listener and I put people at ease. I am a flexible and a laid-back. When I have adopted a project or job which I’m interested in, it usually becomes a “cause” for me. I am not detail-oriented individual; I will cover every possible detail with determination and vigor when working for my “causes”. I have very high standards and I am perfectionist.

The goal for me is to help people and make the world a better place, thus what I find challenging on everyday bases is to find the truth and meaning of underlying things and also to understand people’s perspectives and feelings. I am future-oriented and growth-oriented; always want to be growing in a positive direction. What I found intriguing in science is that there are many different opportunities and the goal at the end is always the same – you help people. The science, especially biotechnology, drives me to do something meaningful and purposeful with my life.
