LuxR from AraC and TetR(Faifan)

Elowitz

- ran gel for digested P1010(KAN), E0240, I0462, BBa_Elowitz

- cut out the bands and did Gel purification

MG1655Z1(Faifan)

-received culture on non-selective plate from Ingrid

-picked 4 colonies and streaked out on Amp, Cam, Kan, and Tet plates.

LuxR from pLac

-Minipreps of parts R0010 and I0462 were digested for assembly and ran on a gel to separate fragments.

-The R0010 vector and I0462 insert fragments were excised from the gel.
