Restriction digest (E/P) was repeated on the 10 potential biobricks. They were reordered to put like biobricks next to each other: changed from: L,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,L to L,3,5,2,7,8,6,4,1,9,10,L. It is possible that 2 ul EcoR1 was added to -35phbCproF/TCrev (9). Incubated for 1 hour at 37C.
