Eight PCR reactions performed: phbCfor/rev, phbCfor/phbBrev, 5'CproFor/ATGrev, 5'CproFor/SDrev, 5'CproFor/TCrev, -35CproFor/ATGrev, -35phafor/TCrev, and a negative control. After electrophoresis, bands were cut out for the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh reactions. See electrophoresis picture and loose white sheet labeled with date for documentation.
