DNA separation preparation was done using the Mini-Scale Preparation for DNA Sequencing by DTAB-DNA Precipitation protocol. Restriction enzyme digestion was done using Xba1 and Pst1. Electrophoresis was then done on all 11 constructs from the last two days. Also, all protocols were written up in an organized form and consolidated.
