Since only RFP (part#BBa-I13521, source plate# 1006, location: 3D) has been successfully transformed, we retransformed other three parts (Part#: BBa_I13522, BBa_I13600, and Part# BBa_J13004). During these transformation, we remake the LB medium, Ampcillin and LB plates).
