Ligations were attempted today for the phbA and phbB genes into the vectors pSB3K3 and pSB1A3. Transformations will be attempted Wednesday. Also, several ligations and transformations produced colonies from last Friday: E0240 into pSB3K3(L1 and L2), (5phbCpro For + ATG pha Cpro Rev) into pSB1A3 (B2), (5phbCpro For + TCphaCpro Rev) into pSB1A3 (B4), and (-35phaCpro For + TCphaCpro Rev) into pSB1A3 (B6).
