  • Made small broth of A58-A60
    • Not sure about A58 and A59 - few colonies, satellites
  • Made small broth of re-streaked B0034
    • Still not confident in this
  • Digested I715039 with E,S and B1002 with E,X to create RFP + term ligation
  • Cooled off butanolysis apparatus, will do extraction soon
  • Bought 1ml (5 * 0.2ml) of Library Efficiency DH5a cells (Invitrogen)
