Accomplished
- Made overnight broth of A77(4) and A81
- Two colonies each
- Replated A82 from saved cells
- Ligated A82(2) (1:1 ratio of molten low-melt gel volumes)
- Gel of A79(2)-1,2 (X,P) looks good
