[x] make SOC media and TE buffer and autoclave both

[x] elute PocI and lacI from 2008 registry, follow protocol exactly.

[x] transformation of 2008 registry (above elutions)

[x] observe results from gel
- everything good, will proceed with glycerol stock and innoculations

[x] inoculate TTreverse from streak plates for glycerol stock TTr 1 - 5
