Features: This is a derivative of pACYC177 vector, similar to BBa_I739204part from DNA kit of parts (which we were not able to recover). Contains IPTG inducible lactose promoter cloned using PstI and BamHI sites. Low (10) copy-number plasmid
Usage: On this vector we have placed most of parts we prepared during the "Hunter and prey" part of the project
