Description



This vector was a kind gift from the:
Department of Virology,
Faculty of Biology,
University of Warsaw



Initially we planned to use this vector because it carries genes of OmpA protein and antibody fragment. Eventually we used it only as a template for PCRs in cloning of OmpA gene.
