Features: Fusion of N-His-tagged OmpA protein and omega fragment of β-lactamase
Preparation: OmpA-omega fragment amplified from pACYC177+OmpA-omega using OmpaL_N and OmpaP_link primers. Resulting product was digested with NdeI and BamHI and ligated into pET15b Novagen vector
Usage: This vector was a backbone for protein Z fusion with omega fragment of β-lactamase
