Resistance: ampicillin
Features: Fusion of N-His-tagged protein Z and alpha fragment of β-lactamase
Preparation: Protein Z coding sequence cutted from pGeneart+Z with NdeI and NotI. This fragment was ligated into pET15b+OmpA-alpha also cutted with NdeI and NotI (what caused remove of OmpA fragment)
Usage: Used for purification of Z-alpha prey protein.
