pMPM-T5+AID-T7 (translational fusion)

Based on: pMPM-T5-omega
Resistance: tetracycline
Features: Translational fusion of AID protein and T7 polymerase under control of arabinose promoter
Preparation: AID PCR amplified ( AIDlNrH AIDpLinB primers) from pTrc99A-AID vector. T7 polymerase PCR amplified ( T7lLinkB T7pXbSal primers) from Rosetta genomic DNA. This PCR products were joined by following PCR using AIDlNrH and T7pXbSal primers and PCR products as a template. Product was digested with NcoI and XbaI and cloned into pMPM-T5-omega
Usage:Translational fusion of AID and T7 polymerase should specifically change sequnces under control of T7 promoter. Vector was used in blue/white and rifampicin tests.
