Preparation: AID cutted from pTrc99-AID vector using HindIII and NcoI and ligated into pMPT5-omega, also digested with HindIII and NcoI.
Usage: AID transformed into bacteria cells should randomly change transcriptionally-active sequences. Vector was used in blue/white and rifampicin test.
