Growth curves directly comparing Wt+(MG1655) and tpiA knockout in C-media.
Start PCR srl operon from genomic DNA provided by Dr. Pfleger instead of MG1655. Still no band is shown on the gel.

Ran gradient PCR reaction using TAQ and "Good Stuff" template dilute (1:10).
