Team Sorbitol

Froze down 3 400ul samples of RL257, MG1655, and JW3890 each containing pBAD30-srlD.

They were then stored at -80.

Primers were then designed and ordered to insert srlD into the pET28a vector which will provide a His tag that can be used to purify the enzyme.
