1% agarose gel of XbaI/PstI test restriction digests of plasmid pSB3K3 holding fluorescent protein generators I763004, J04430, I13601 and J5526. After ligation four colonies were picked per construct and a test restriction digest was carried out to identify the plasmids holding the correct inserts.
