Woo!!! Thanks to Jen we got $250 from the CSA and $500 from the special grants committee! Also, great news, the TB1 RNAi was electroporated successfully into several colonies of kp342. This was confirmed by PCR. Dave is moving to inject these into the corn downstairs along with some GFP Klebsiella as a negative control.
