DNA gel extraction

(Estimated time: 1 hour and 30 min)

Materials needed:

  • Agarose gel with well-separated, sharp bands
  • Scalpel and tweezers to cut gel (they have to be cleaned in ddH2O after every cut)
  • Roche Agarose Gel DNA Extraction Kit
