·Ordered primers for lambda red deletion of TrbA
·Ordered primers for creation of a TrbA BioBrick
LuxR from pLac
- E. coli transformed with part I763004 were succesfully grown on AMP plate; about 15 colonies. Plate was placed in the fridge.
- Sequences of parts R0010 and J04430 were received back. R0010 was verified as having the correct sequence. J04430 was verified as having the incorrect sequence, and does indeed contain an RFP gene (part E1010).
