Today
- Transformed the ligation of Tryp into J6
- Finished Westerns of the Butanol suff in J6...RESULTS PENDING
- Results in. Didn't work. Again. Either we're doing the Westerns incorrectly or the butanol parts aren't being translated for some reason.
