Protocol is a mixture of the IGEM standard protocol and the protocol used in the local lab
- ligation or 10 ng plasmid
- add 50-100 µL of competent bacteria
- take on ice for 30 min
- heat shock at 42 °C for 2 min
- add 300 µL LB and incubated at 37°C for 45 min
- plate
