PCR of Ron Weiss plasmid
We have done again a PCR of the Ron Weiss' plasmids with the primers ordered to Invitrogen. We then did a gel electropheresis of the product, which reveals that the PCR had not worked. We therefore started the PCR again, with still 9 aliquots (each plasmid PHD1,2,3 with 3 different concentrations of primers) with exactly the same protocol as the one used when ti works. Hopefully, it will work this time... See tomorrow with a gel.
