                   Transformed XL1-B cells with plasmids K102008, K102009 and negative controls.

lab work (JD):

                     From sequencing results K102001.1 becomes the K102001.  
                     Digested K102001 with SpeI and PstI.  
                     Ran gel electrophoresis and cut out desired band ~2500bp
