From gel electrophoresis K102005.1, K102005.2, K102005.3 and K102005.5 to be sequenced All K102003 can be disregarded because found out LacZ has wrong restriction sites so we'll have to find a more appropriate LacZ part From sequencing results, K102005.1 becomes K102005.
lab work (WM):
K102034.3, K102035.2 and K102036.5 are best.
