  3. PCR on pACYC177 + OmpA_omega plasmid using LinLSXNE and OmegPSpe primers (elongation length 60s).
  4. PCR on pACYC177+OmpA_omega_deltaA_alpha plasmid using OmLNXNEB and ???? primers (elongation length 90s).
