Hung

    • Take out from the incubator the 6 cryotubes (GFP producer x2,RBS 0032 x2,RBS 0034 x2) =>Spin down =>Pour out the liquid =>Store at -20 oC fridge.
    • Take out from incubator the agar plate with cell colonies of LacI-GFP plasmids, store in 4 oC fridge.
