Thursday 12 June

Chin Chong

    • Received letter from David M. Gordon, School of Botany & Zoology, The Australian National University
    • Received some ordered chemicals and 96-well (Black)
    • Conducted PCR of E7-imm
    • Prepared 500ml LB broths for Amp and Kanamycin to be used for the next few days
    • Autoclaved more items for future use, espeically 1.5ml eppendorf tubes that would be used excessively during characterization
    • Inoculated LacI-GFP BL21 cells into 2 times 5ml of LBA to prpeare cell samples for friday's characterization experiment
