Preparation: Protein Z coding sequence cutted from pGeneart+Z with NdeI and NotI and ligated. This fragment was ligated into pET15b+OmpA-omega also cutted with NdeI and NotI (what caused remove of OmpA fragment) [notebook entries] Usage: Used for purification of Z-omega prey protein.
