-Incubated yeast at 30 degrees Celsius overnight
LuxR under AraC and TetR
-Obtained BBa_R0040 (TetR), BBa_R0080 (AraC)
-transformed and plated with Amp
LuxR under AraC and TetR
-Obtained parts R0010, I0462, and J04430. -R0010 and I0462 were transformed into MG strains, and plated on Amp. -J04430 was transformed into DH strain, and plated on Amp.
