My thesis is about analyzing a gene for its influence on lymphangiogenesis by use of a transgenic Xenopus tadpole model. Apart from that, I like to hang out with friends, catch a movie, practice kendo and read some comics. Besides by our Dr. Coli, I'm also bitten by the travel microbe, so I'm looking forward to our adventures in Boston. | ||

Hi,
My name is Jan Mertens and at the present time I'm in my 2nd master year of biomolecular engineering with a minor in bio-informatics. My thesis is about analyzing a gene for its influence on lymphangiogenesis by use of a transgenic Xenopus tadpole model. Apart from that, I like to hang out with friends, catch a movie, practice kendo and read some comics. Besides by our Dr. Coli, I'm also bitten by the travel microbe, so I'm looking forward to our adventures in Boston.
