Team Sorbitol:
Harvested the pBAD30 and pBAD18 from the cells using a Qiagen Miniprep Kit. Stored this DNA in a -20 Freezer Began cultures of MG1655 to use for cloning. Experimented with different media recipes for optimal growth.
