Replated cells gave us more cells on the weekend: K102031: 4 K102021: 4 Negative: 0 Wayne made O/N of these cells as well. Mini-preps of K102031.1-K102031.4 and K102021.1-K102021.4 Sequencing reaction for all 8 and dropped off at MBSU

Results from 18/07/08 Transformation: 1/100 4/100 1/50 2/50 LB+amp50 8 20 1 10 LB+kan35 6 15 0 8 LB+amp50+kan35 0 0 0 0 The concentrations of the DNA for the plasmids used must be checked as these are lower counts than expected. Inoculated a 96-well plate with overnight cultures in preparation for the lacZ assay.
