- Arranged meeting with sales rep from Science werke this afternoon at 330pm
- Requested quote for Top10 competent cells from Invinogen
- Updated list of things to buy from Sigma-Aldrich
- Confirmed the colE7 sequence from K.F. Chak paper with NCBI sequence

Choon Kit and Hung(Greenbear)

- We continued Phase II and III of Experiment number 3.Refer to 27 May for more details.
- We also carried out Phase I of Experiment no. 3 for iron promoter (remember, iron promoter is 1 day lagged behind LacI)
