             Isolated DNA of TA2, TA3, TA6 and Ta7 from overnights using QIAquick spin miniprep standard 
             protocol.
             Sequenced TA2, TA3, TA6 and TA7.
             Made overnights of the three colonies found on the pSB1A3 plate.
