- Winnie finished off the sequencing on Purple Russian Colony #5 from last week.
- Tom set up six O/N cultures (Colonies 1-6) of B0034+Thiolase
- Designed primers for sequencing of our operons (every ~500bp along the operon)

Success
We have our first seeds pods pretty much exactly 6 weeks from when we planted them. This means our growth protocol works well.
- I just wish we had a higher res camera for our disecting scope :(
