Replated cells gave us more cells on the weekend: K102031: 4 K102021: 4 Negative: 0 Wayne made O/N of these cells as well. Mini-preps of K102031.1-K102031.4 and K102021.1-K102021.4 Sequencing reaction for all 8 and dropped off at MBSU
