Checked the last PCR. Didn't go well. We redid some PCR's. This time with control primers and DNA to see if we were not doing the manipulations wrong. 2 people out of 3 passed:)
We grew up our last 3 parts received from Igem and redid P0040. 3 new ones worked. P0040 doesn't seem to work( registery does mention some problems). We did a mini prep of the 3 parts.
