E. Coli Sunscreen / Eye Coli (Light Sensor)
Abstract
Can we make E. coli where the amount of protein being expressed depends on intensity of light? This is on the list of most wanted Biobrick parts [http://openwetware.org/wiki/SynBERC:MIT/Calendar/2007-8-8].
