Things we did today
Grace and Krystle
- Made 10X TE buffer
- Made BG-11 + 5% LB plates
- Transformed PCC6803 w/ pRL1383a (see experiment)
- Cell density test for PCC6803
Norman
- Checked PCR products for Norman's pha_genes in agarose gel
- Thaw test for PCC6803
Discussion
Grace and Krystle will come back on Sunday to check on PCC6803 tranformants.
