- Reordered pPIC6alpha, Blasticidin, and X-33 stab (because they discontiuned the Kit) from Invitrogen.
- Read first half of pPIC6alpha manual
- Wrote some highlights from manual
- Designed another logo for LiP
- Designed Primer for LiP cloning into pPIC6alpha
- Lee began work on cDNA for LiP, hopefully, he will have the PCR fragments tomorrow.
- Ordered Primer from Invitrogen
- Ordered EcoRI, NotI, and pGEM Kit from Promega.
