Welcome to the 2008 University of Calgary Software Team
We are the team known as the EvoGents. Consisting of five members, our goal was to make a software program known as EvoGEM that not only models the processes within the cell, but also seeks to optimize BioBrick circuits. In addition to this, this program can be run with a user interface that allows the software to be usable for anyone. It is our hope that EvoGEM can help for the future of synthetic biology.
