930am-6pm:

  • Ligation of LsrA-RBS with [http://partsregistry.org/wiki/index.php?title=Part:BBa_E0430 YFP generator].
  • Transform detection and production system into LuxS mutants.
  • Plate W3110 cells: for production of AI-2 (to be done on Thursday).
  • Plate LuxS mutant onto LB plate: for making LuxS mutants more competent (to be done on Thursday).
