Design

オートインデューサー不活性化酵素であるAiiAをレシーバー菌で発現させることにより、レシーバー菌内でのAHL濃度の増加が遅くなるため、AiiAを発現しないレシーバー菌に比べて、GFP発現が遅くなる。(小林)
